Wild Nerding for Schools ๐ซ
Outdoor learning that genuinely excites kids โ curriculum-linked, photography-led, and actually fun
What we offer
๐ถ
Guided Outdoor Days
Full or half-day guided walks on local routes. Kids use their Wild Nerding Funbook to identify species, log sightings, and complete nature challenges. Tied to science, geography, and PSHE curriculum.
๐ท
Nature Photography Sessions
Hands-on photography sessions where pupils learn to observe, frame, and capture nature. No expensive cameras needed โ we work with whatever the school can provide, including phones.
๐๏ธ
Litter Pick & Conservation Days
Combine habitat conservation with outdoor learning. Pupils collect data on litter types, discuss environmental impact, and contribute to something genuinely meaningful for their local area.
โ All sessions include:
A Wild Nerding Funbook for each pupil ยท Pre-visit information for teachers ยท Risk assessment documentation ยท Curriculum links clearly mapped ยท Follow-up resources for the classroom ยท Photos of the day shared with the school
The Wild Nerding Funbooks ๐
